The second option allows the apartment to be finished and furnished so that it can then be rented out for a higher rent. A good investment depends on a detailed study of the real estate market at the time of purchase and forecasts for its future development. This guarantees to a greater extent an optimal solution in relation to the possibilities of the buyer and the final purpose of the purchase. When investing in real estate, it is best to do so during construction because the prices are lower than those of the finished product. Important considerations for such a purchase are the characteristics of the project itself, the location, the builder and investor company. The better option is for the buyer to stop at a stable company with a long history and experience behind it. You can calculate the return on the investment in the following way:

  • In case of resale the ratio is calculated by subtracting the accompanying expenses from the profits generated during the investment and then the profit parts of the initially invested property;
  • In the case of renting out, the calculation is based on the annual rate of return from the investment. For example, if you buy a property for 100,000 euros, and the expected rental income is 500 euros per month, the annual return on investment will be 6%.
